![]() Trojans have slipped eight points behind Guildford in the chase for the South Premier Division 2 honours after being held to a goalless draw at High Wycombe. It wasn’t for the want of trying, Trojans simply couldn’t convert their chances into goals – unlike Guildford, who thrashed Slough 7-2 to strengthen their position at the top. Trojans will need to rekindle their goal-scoring form when third-placed West Hampstead visit Stoneham lane on Saturday, 1.30. Bournemouth lie third in Hampshire/Surrey Regional Division 1 after a 4-3 win over Purley Walcountians, with Charlie Cooper, Ross Hattemore, Tom McKinley, and Lymington cricketer Conor Moors on target. Fareham II’s good form continued, a 5-1 drubbing of Haslemere being their fourth win on the bounce. Exciting teenager Fergus Jackson (right) put his GCSE studies aside to score twice, alongside Fergus Jackson (2), Scotsman Christian McKenna, Aidan Paige, and Neil West. A 1-0 victory over Chichester ensured Havant IIs remained at the top of Regional 2, ahead of Andover and Wimborne Wayfarers.
