Having beaten Preston 3-1 last weekend, Fareham will automatically qualify for a place in the revamped national Division One South next season. if they win. But Peterborough, who will conclude the triangular play-offs with a visit to Preston on April 28, have ended the season strongly, winning four of their last four Eastern Conference matches and drawing 2-2 with Old Georgians. Besides Boxall, Fareham will also have teenage duo Fergus Jackson and Pete Larcombe back after last weekend's England Hockey Under-16 Championships, in which they were beaten finalists.
